Payment and shipping
The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For orders within Germany, shipping costs of €6.80 (incl. 19% VAT) apply (excluding shipping to foreign countries and special shipping, bulky goods and deposit).
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
Forwarding shipping per euro pallet 65 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
The listed shipping costs abroad apply regardless of the order value, are calculated individually through the online ordering process and must always be paid.
All prices are by DHL example prices for a normal package (no bulky goods) 10kg and max. length e.g. 100x50x50cm and an insurance up to 500€ included.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 10 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 15 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value is: 60 €.

As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 3 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
