Payment and shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and internationally. Deliveries can be made to the countries available for selection during the ordering process.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

For orders within Germany, shipping costs of EUR 7.80 (including 19 % VAT) apply (excluding special shipping, bulky goods and deposit items).

For bulky goods shipped by freight carrier, we charge:
Freight shipping per Euro pallet: EUR 85.00

Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description.

International deliveries

We also offer international shipping for our products. The countries currently available for delivery are shown during the ordering process.

Shipping costs for international deliveries depend in particular on the weight and dimensions of the goods, the shipping method and the destination country. Where the shipping costs can be calculated in advance, the applicable costs for your order will be displayed during the ordering process.

Standard shipping

For standard shipping, we use various logistics partners. Goods suitable for parcel shipping are packaged accordingly and sent to the delivery address provided by you. Delivery times depend on the respective destination country.

Bulky goods and freight shipping

Larger or bulky items that cannot be transported by standard parcel service due to their dimensions or weight are shipped by freight carrier. Such items are marked accordingly in the product description.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, weight, dimensions and shipping method. The available shipping options and applicable costs for the respective order are shown during the ordering process.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2 - 10 days and international delivery takes 4 - 15 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, calculated from the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one consignment unless a different arrangement has been agreed with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

The minimum order value is EUR 40.00.

Further payment details

For payment in advance by bank transfer, we grant a 3 % discount on the gross value of the goods in the order.
